For the physical book (Dear Diary) and any future physical merchandise (like T-shirts), returns or exchanges will only be processed for items that are damaged or incorrect upon arrival. These returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of delivery, and the specific return instructions on the purchase platform will govern the process. Your access to any paid membership tier is subject to these Terms and may be revoked if your conduct violates the rules of the community.
